Using a training technique called the “Rep Effect” this breakthrough barbell-based accelerated strength training program uses light-to-moderate weight loads and high intensity, high repetition sets to create a lean sculptured look and facilitate rapid weight loss.
The lighter weights and high reps push your muscles to fatigue by changing the tempo, position, and speed of your movements, all while maintaining your target heart rate. The primary moves include squats, chest press, dead rows, clean and press, press pullover combo, lunges, and reverse curls. You’ll exhaust your muscles and get long, lean results without bulking up — that is the “Rep Effect” at work. The PUMP workouts can burn up to 1000 calories per hour.
