Les Mills PUMP is based on the Les Mills global group fitness phenomenon, BODYPUMP. With millions of devotees in over 14,000 clubs across 80 countries, it’s one of the world’s most efficient, effective and popular workout programs.

Now, Les Mills has partnered with Beachbody to bring “The Group Effect” class atmosphere and experience to the home.

The “Rep Effect” is the key to the success and popularity of Les Mills PUMP. The approach is to perform a higher number of repetitions with lighter weights to increase heart rate and burn more calories and fat. The instructors emphasize proper form and posture as the keys to building a foundation and getting the most out of these high-rep workouts.

Unlike traditional weight training, Les Mills PUMP does not aim to build muscle mass. Rather, the lighter weights with increased reps will help you become leaner and more ripped. Exercising just three times per week will burn up to 1,000 calories every workout and leave you with a tight, sleek, sculpted body.
